Summary
The Seasonal Ambassador will deliver exceptional client service and embody the brand experience at The Landmark location. This role focuses on greeting and engaging clients, supporting the sales team, and maintaining a welcoming luxury environment during peak seasonal periods.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and courteous manner
- Engage clients through storytelling and share brand history and product introductions
- Manage floor waiting lists and direct clients to Sales Professionals
- Support hospitality and selling events and ensure areas are stocked and clean
- Assist sales team with boxing wrapping and replenishing POS and gifting supplies
- Communicate potential service issues and share client feedback with management
- Safeguard company property and handle sensitive client information per guidelines
- Foster collaboration and work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrate agility in supporting company initiatives and change
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of New York City local attractions and hospitality scene
- Experience in luxury hospitality industries such as restaurant hotel retail or security
- Availability for non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
- Authorization to work in the United States
