Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow following
• Provide styling guidance and feedback on fit and product
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising
• Complete price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Enroll customers in the rewards program to grow relationships
• Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed
