Provide personalized beauty consultations and services in a department store setting, driving sales for luxury and on-trend beauty brands through in-store and digital engagement. Deliver makeup applications, skincare analyses, and build customer relationships while supporting department presentation and event services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
• Recommend products and drive sales for in-store and digital channels
• Book appointments and support beauty events and services
• Use text and social media to engage customers and build a following
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming inclusive environment
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Keep the department organized clean and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends products and brand training

Requirements

• Passion for beauty including makeup application and skincare
• Excellent customer service and ability to connect with customers
• Strong multitasking organization and follow through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in using networking technology
• Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and respect
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in beauty retail or similar roles preferred
