Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with sales, returns and other transactions at checkout
• Deliver friendly efficient customer service and listen to customer needs
• Maintain and restock the cash wrap area and sales floor to keep the department runway ready
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up processes
• Share information about gift cards and the rewards program to build customer relationships
• Stay informed on product trends to help customers with purchase decisions
• Perform light cleaning and straightening of merchandise and displays
• Collaborate with team members to meet business needs and cover other store areas as needed
