Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and is responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. The position supports department readiness through merchandising, stocking, and order fulfillment while working a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide confident, honest styling and fit recommendations to customers
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, pricing markdowns, and light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed and work a variable schedule based on business needs
