Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships. Role involves styling guidance, product knowledge development, and supporting department readiness through stocking, remerchandising, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Provide honest and confident feedback about style and fit
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready and perform light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in different departments as business needs require
• Work a flexible schedule with hours that vary by week
