Seasonal Associate - Concierge

Summary

Seasonal Associate Concierge role supporting store operations during the holiday period. Provide exceptional customer service at information kiosks and assist with back-of-house tasks to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Position is seasonal and may be scheduled full time or part time between October 20th and January 10th.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service acting as a brand ambassador
• Resolve standard customer service issues within policy
• Manage incoming inquiries and requests in person at information kiosks
• Respond to phone and email inquiries within 24 hours
• Process gift cards and related transactions
• Perform back-of-house duties as required
• Work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Passionate about the brand and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for periods and move between store and back office
• Available to work holiday season between October 20th and January 10th
