Seasonal Associate - Concierge

Summary

Seasonal Associate Concierge role supporting store teams during the holiday period to deliver exceptional customer service and manage front of house inquiries. This position is focused on providing a high level of guest assistance, processing transactions, and supporting back of house operations between October 20 and January 10.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service acting as a brand ambassador
• Manage incoming inquiries and requests at information kiosks in person
• Respond to phone and email inquiries within 24 hours
• Resolve standard customer service issues within policy
• Process gift cards and related transactions
• Support store teams with back of house duties as required
• Work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Passionate about the brand and delivering strong customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
• Able to stand for periods and move between store and back office areas
• Available to work holiday season shifts between October 20 and January 10
