Seasonal Associate (Concierge)

Summary

Seasonal Associate (Concierge) working in-store to support customer service and back-of-house operations during the holiday season. Role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing inquiries at information kiosks, and assisting with transactions and store needs from October 20th to January 10th.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and act as brand ambassador
• Resolve standard customer service issues within policy
• Manage incoming inquiries and requests in person at information kiosks
• Respond to phone and email inquiries within 24 hours
• Process gift cards and complete related transactions
• Support store and back-office duties as required
• Work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends

• Ability to stand for periods and move between store and back office areas
• Available to work holiday season schedule between October 20th and January 10th
