Summary

Seasonal Associate responsible for supporting store operations during the holiday season in roles such as concierge reception, giftwrapping, cashier, greeter, and fitting room associate. The role provides customer service, assists with transactions and store presentation, and operates point of sale technology with on the job training. Positions are full time or part time through late December and involve varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly welcoming customer service and act as a store ambassador
• Manage concierge and reception inquiries in person by phone or email and respond promptly
• Wrap customer purchases to brand giftwrapping standards
• Operate point of sale technology to ring up purchases collect payment and issue receipts
• Greet customers answer general questions and direct guests within the store
• Maintain fitting room cleanliness and return stock to correct locations
• Assist sales staff with locating additional sizes and customer needs
• Work varied shifts including weekends evenings and holidays during the season
