Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional face to face customer service and act as a brand ambassador
- Perform role specific duties such as concierge reception, giftwrapping, cashiering, greeting, or fitting room support
- Manage inquiries at information kiosks and assist customers with directions and general questions
- Operate point of sale technology to process purchases and gift cards
- Wrap purchases to company standards and handle customer receipts
- Maintain fitting room cleanliness and return stock to proper locations
- Collaborate with store team to provide an extraordinary shopping experience
Requirements
- Passion for the brand and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment as part of a team
- Availability for varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends through late December
- Attention to detail and ability to stand and move about the store for periods of time
- Ability to operate store POS technology with training provided
