Seasonal Associate (Sales, Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate providing front of house support during the holiday season, working in sales or giftwrapping roles to deliver elevated customer experiences and support store operations. Positions are available full time or part time with varied hours and on the job training. The role is customer facing and focuses on delivering warm service and assisting with purchase presentation to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and assist with their needs within assigned store areas
• Provide extraordinary service and refer customers to specialized team members as needed
• Conduct sales activities and support merchandising or store floor duties as assigned
• Wrap and package purchases to elevated brand standards for giftwrapping assignments
• Ensure packaging supplies are stocked and available throughout the day
• Support store team collaboration and maintain a professional presentation
• Work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday season
