Seasonal Associate (Sales, Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate providing front of house sales and giftwrapping support during the holiday season. Role focuses on delivering elevated customer service, assisting shoppers, and ensuring high standards for packaging and presentation. Positions are temporary for the holiday period with varying hours and on the sales floor or gift wrap station.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs within assigned store areas.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service consistent with store standards.
• Refer customers to specialized employees when appropriate.
• Perform giftwrapping and packaging to elevated store standards.
• Maintain packaging supplies and ensure giftwrap station readiness.
• Support sales activities and contribute to team objectives.
• Complete other duties as assigned by store management.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Availability for a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends.
• Available to work during the holiday season from late October through late December.
