Seasonal Associate supporting back-of-house store operations during the holiday period, including order fulfillment, stock support, and visual merchandising. Responsibilities
- Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers to meet customer needs
- Read orders, locate product, and package to store standards
- Replenish product on the sales floor and maintain merchandising standards
- Maintain fitting rooms and support floor presentation
- Assemble holiday fixtures, signage, props, and displays per standards
- Rework presentations and rotate stock as merchandise sells down
- Maintain visual stockroom and merchandising collateral
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations
- Provide support during peak periods including optional overnight shifts
Requirements
- Passion for the brand and strong customer service focus
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for periods, move between store and back office, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to use a ladder and move display items as required
- Availability for a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
- Available for the holiday season between October 20 and January 10
- Willingness to volunteer for overnight shifts during peak sales week
