Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
- Engage customers to understand needs and build customer following in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales goals and participate in performance based incentives
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges and assist customers with loyalty enrollment
- Use texting and social media tools to support digital selling
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service and ability to connect with customers
- Good multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for long shifts and handle merchandise
- Lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
