Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses to recommend products
- Engage customers to understand needs and build a customer following in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales goals and use selling tools such as text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Represent and open customer accounts for the rewards program
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and ability to handle customer concerns
- Empathy and ability to provide supportive environment during services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends and specifically 11/23-11/24
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
