Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Use text and social media tools to support selling efforts
- Provide product recommendations and honest feedback on fit and style
- Open new customer accounts for the rewards program
- Keep the department customer ready through stocking and remerchandising
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning as needed
- Be flexible to work varying hours and assist in other departments when required
