Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Use text and social media tools to support selling efforts
• Provide product recommendations and honest feedback on fit and style
• Open new customer accounts for the rewards program
• Keep the department customer ready through stocking and remerchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning as needed
• Be flexible to work varying hours and assist in other departments when required
