Summary

The Client Advisor cultivates relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional service, styling expertise and personal engagement. This onsite sales role leverages digital tools and omni-channel resources to service clients in-store and remotely while meeting sales and conversion goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated client service and build long-term client relationships
• Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge for women's contemporary merchandise
• Use digital tools social media and store technology for outreach and selling
• Service clients both in-person and remotely using omni-channel inventory
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience in styling fashion and fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Flexible work schedule
