Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with a customer-first mindset.
• Engage customers, build clientele, and support alternative ways to shop and discover products.
• Maintain store and sales-floor standards and represent the brand's customer experience expectations.
• Participate in team training, support company initiatives, and share feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
