Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional inbound client service via phone email and digital channels
- Understand client needs and offer tailored recommendations
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to sales and client satisfaction
- Take ownership of client concerns and ensure resolution through collaboration with other departments
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up in relevant systems and databases
- Handle client complaints and challenging situations professionally ensuring effective resolution
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client retention and overall experience
- Work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays to meet client needs
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven sales abilities and storytelling skills
- Client first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong punctuality and time management adhering to assigned schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Salesforce experience is a plus
- Background in luxury retail and interest in luxury fashion are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a diverse collaborative work environment
