Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals
• Provide personalized advice to clients across all product categories
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
• Use clienteling tools to develop and maintain long term client relationships
• Create memorable customer experiences reflective of the Brand promise
• Operate as a personal advisor to clients and drive commercial performance
• Collaborate with team to support store success in a high end retail environment

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferably in high end or luxury market
• Strong customer centric background if luxury experience is not present
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales driven with a strategic commercial mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Ability to use clienteling tools and CRM systems
• Availability for seasonal part time hours at the Fashion Island location
