Summary
Seasonal client advisor (greeter) responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with needs, and representing the brand at the Madison flagship. Role supports sales and customer service while maintaining store readiness during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers on entry and thank them on exit.
- Manage customer traffic to ensure smooth and organized flow during busy periods.
- Provide shopping assistance such as offering beverages and directing customers to product locations.
- Answer customer questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Educate clients on company history and current product knowledge.
- Support team members to help achieve store sales goals.
- Perform retail associate duties during slower periods including restocking and organizing displays.
- Maintain store readiness and perform housekeeping duties.
- Act as a brand ambassador sharing information about products and events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Luxury retail experience ideal.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
- Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Professional presentation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast paced and slower environments.
- Proficiency with point of sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem solving skills and positive team player attitude.
