Summary

Part Time Seasonal Client Advisor role supporting the store during the peak holiday season, focused on delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences, building long term client relationships, and driving sales performance. The position is temporary with potential consideration for permanent roles after the season concludes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge
• Advise clients across all product categories
• Deliver personalized client experiences and build lasting relationships
• Use in-house clienteling tools and systems to maintain client relationships
• Operate as a personal advisor to clients in a fast paced luxury retail environment
• Contribute to team performance and store success during peak season

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally in high end or luxury market
• Strong customer centric background if luxury experience is not present
• Curiosity and motivation to create memorable client experiences
• Strategic sales and commercial mindset with willingness to learn
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
