Seasonal Client Advisor responsible for building and maintaining luxury client relationships at the Greene Street location. The role focuses on achieving and surpassing sales objectives while delivering personalized high end customer service and representing brand heritage and image standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives and KPI targets.
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather customer data and maintain an accurate client book.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Support visual presentation and uphold store image and brand standards.
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and assist with housekeeping.
- Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested.
- Record customer information accurately and follow up on sales events and inquiries.
- Address client related issues including shipping and alterations.
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team oriented with ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language knowledge a plus.
