Summary
Seasonal Client Advisor responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge while representing the brand at the Soho flagship. Role focuses on educating clients, maintaining client records, and supporting store sales and operations during peak seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales goals and support team in meeting store targets
- Educate clients on company history and product knowledge
- Maintain and cultivate an active client book for new and existing relationships
- Provide friendly and professional customer service and follow up on purchases and inquiries
- Operate store POS, open and close register, and process payments and returns
- Conduct inventory counts and follow loss prevention policies
- Maintain store merchandising standards and overall store readiness
- Perform housekeeping duties and ensure presentation standards
- Work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Luxury sales experience preferred
- Proven experience developing and prospecting client relationships
- Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving positive attitude and ability to work on a team
- Knowledge of fashion and design trends and interest in travel
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
