Summary
Reporting to the Store Manager or Director, the Seasonal Client Advisor supports the full client experience at the Woodbury Outlet by acting as a knowledgeable brand ambassador and assisting with front of house and back of house operations. The role focuses on delivering personalized service, maintaining brand standards, and supporting sales and visual merchandising efforts during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an elevated, personalized client experience.
- Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
- Support Client Advisors and execute product requests between BOH and sales floor.
- Create and manage product care tickets and fulfill related requests.
- Assist in maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards and displays.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management.
- Support BOH organization, product assortment go-backs, and operational tasks.
- Participate in team activities and maintain a positive collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in hospitality or client oriented service roles acceptable.
- Client centric with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Professional presentation and effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team oriented.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
