Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring in-store shopping experience, supporting store initiatives, and driving sales performance while representing brand values. Role focuses on customer engagement, team collaboration, and supporting omnichannel selling tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
• Support execution of company and store initiatives
• Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
• Engage clients through outreach and creative engagement methods
• Provide consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Support alternative purchasing processes and omnichannel tools
• Maintain store standards and sales floor execution
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Assist in networking and sourcing talent

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to operate register and be on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Planning and time management skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
