• Collaborate with the store team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Assist with inventory replenishment and stock organization
• Participate in seasonal merchandising and promotional events

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience in fashion or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends and holidays
• Customer focused with attention to detail and presentation
• Basic point of sale and cash handling experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
