Responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations and styling to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Strategize personal business growth and achieve individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer-centric behaviors and selling skills.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising according to company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training to support business results.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer insights.
• Support hiring efforts by sourcing and engaging potential talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for extended periods; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM preferred; ability to adapt presentations for in-person and remote customers.
