Summary
Motivated Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by assisting with pickups, returns, alterations, styling, event support, and general store operations. Works with stylists, supports back of house processes, and maintains store presentation while adapting to new initiatives and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers while assessing their needs and recommending services.
- Support Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, Returns, and Gift Wrapping processes.
- Answer phones and communicate with customers via email and in person.
- Assist with inventory management and back of house organization.
- Support event execution including RSVPs and guest check in.
- Perform opening and closing duties and follow security procedures for some shifts.
- Perform light cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom maintenance.
- Lift and carry merchandise within specified weight ranges.
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Ability to identify customer opportunities and resolve issues effectively.
- Adaptability to new initiatives, concepts, and services.
- Proven success working in a fast paced environment with multitasking ability.
- Ability to frequently lift 1 to 25 lbs and occasionally 25 to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of technology tools and computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong communication skills for phone and email interactions.
