Summary

The Customer Service Concierge delivers exceptional service in a luxury retail environment by welcoming clients, discovering their needs, guiding their in-store journey, and performing limited administrative and transactional duties to support the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and discover purpose for their visit
• Guide clients through their in-store journey and provide service excellence
• Assist with returns curbside pickup and buy online pick up in store
• Handle change requests cash pickup and related transactional tasks
• Manage escalated customer issues and partner with store leadership
• Partner with Client Advisors on appointments and client engagement
• Promote in-store activations events services and benefits

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Experience in customer service or hospitality industries
• Proven ability to promote products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
