Summary

Provide friendly customer service and resolve issues in a fast paced store environment. Support store technologies and initiatives while maintaining customer privacy and security. Work a variable schedule based on business needs as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions and inquiries
• Use and demonstrate expertise in store technologies and operating systems
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
• Promote programs such as the rewards program to customers
• Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance
• Support teamwork and positive relationships with peers and leadership
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching and handling merchandise

Requirements

• Customer focused with strong relationship building skills
• Proficiency with MS Windows iOS and Android operating systems
• Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
