Responsibilities
- Assist customers with transactions and inquiries through a seamless and friendly experience
- Use and demonstrate expertise in store technologies and operating systems
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely effective resolutions
- Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education
- Promote and motivate customers to adopt rewards and loyalty initiatives
- Inspire trust and positive teamwork among peers and leadership
- Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items as needed
- Work a variable and flexible schedule based on department needs
Requirements
- Customer obsessed with strong relationship building skills
- Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows iOS and Android
- Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including variable hours
- Ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours per shift and perform physical tasks
- Regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
