Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely effective resolutions
- Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and issue resolution
- Motivate and inspire others to adopt loyalty initiatives such as rewards programs
- Build trust teamwork and positive relationships with peers and leadership
- Work a flexible schedule with hours that vary by week based on business needs
- Perform physical tasks including frequent bending reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds
Requirements
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers peers and leadership
- Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows iOS and Android
- Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and frequent use of hands for manipulation
