Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and multiple operating systems
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions
- Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education
- Promote programs such as the rewards program to customers
- Inspire trust and positive teamwork among peers and leadership
- Handle merchandise including lifting, reaching, and moving items during shifts
- Work a flexible schedule based on department and business needs
Requirements
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers peers and leadership
- Proficiency with MS Windows iOS and Android operating systems
- Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
- Capacity for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with bending twisting and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation pushing and pulling
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
