Job Description

Summary

Provide friendly customer service and support in a busy store environment, assisting with transactions, technology, and resolving customer issues while maintaining security and privacy of customer information. Motivate others to adopt store initiatives and work a flexible schedule based on department needs. Position requires frequent movement and occasional lifting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions and provide a seamless experience
  • Use and demonstrate expertise in store technologies and operating systems
  • Defuse customer situations and provide timely effective resolutions
  • Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education
  • Promote store programs such as rewards initiatives to customers
  • Inspire trust and maintain positive team relationships
  • Work variable schedules based on business and department needs
  • Handle merchandise including lifting and reaching as required

Requirements

  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers peers and leadership
  • Proficiency with MS Windows iOS and Android operating systems
  • Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including variable hours
  • Physical ability for continuous movement frequent bending reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds
