Seasonal Operations Associate (BOH)

Summary

Seasonal Operations Associates support store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. The role focuses on merchandise handling, inventory control, and safe execution of daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control tasks and execute merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in operations or a warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
