Summary

Support store operations by processing incoming merchandise and fulfilling customer orders. Maintain accurate inventory and organized selling and stockroom areas while helping provide a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner and according to quality standards.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Help maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms and support store activities such as markdowns and fixture moves.

Requirements

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and use technology and computer applications.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Meet physical requirements that include frequent movement, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
