Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations during the holiday season, helping ensure merchandise is processed efficiently and the client experience is exceptional. This role reports to an Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in operations or a warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
