Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

Seasonal Operations Associate supporting store operations during peak season to ensure efficient handling of merchandise and exceptional client experience. Works with the operations team and reports to an Operations Manager to execute receiving, inventory, and shipping tasks. Role requires physical activity and flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients stores or distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and all work areas
• Use retail and mobile technologies to support operations
• Work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow safety procedures and store protocols
