Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

Support store operations to help deliver an exemplary customer experience. This seasonal role lasts a maximum of three months and includes shipping and receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies, and coordinate invoice approvals with Accounts Payable.
• Support shrink reduction, inventory preparation and execution, and improvements to store processes.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards and accurately handle related shipping, inventory, and vendor documents.
• Execute cash office processes and support POS audit compliance.
• Coordinate accessories repair, engraving, and embossing services.

Requirements

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to multitask and prioritize.
• Collaborative team player with passion for the product and brand.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts, lift approximately 20 pounds, and pack, unpack, and move stock.
