Summary
Seasonal role supporting store operations across shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative tasks to maintain efficient store functions and deliver excellent customer experience. Position is limited to a maximum of three months and supports shrink reduction, inventory preparation and vendor service coordination.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office and facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing merchandise processing per company standards
- Support inventory preparation and execution and assist with stock room tasks
- Partner on shrink reduction plan and report violations appropriately
- Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing vendor services
- Execute Cash Office processes and ensure POS audit compliance
- Process and read transfer, shipping, UPS and vendor documents and invoices
- Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice approvals
- Assess store processes and recommend efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail operations, customer service, or sales support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint and ability to learn systems
- Strong time management multitasking and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative team player able to support all departments
- Ability to stand and walk for shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock during receiving and stocking functions
