You will support with operations responsibilities, support the Shipping & Receiving teams, and assist the Client Care Department with client needs.
Responsibilities- Carry out operations functions to support the store in consistently achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plan.
- Capture data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Effectively handle internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence and partner with Sales Professionals and management to optimize sales opportunities.
- Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Support clients with assisting with repairs, special orders, engravings, embossing, or etching.
- Demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of Tiffany & Co.’s policies and procedures, product and service offerings.
- Maintain a professional approach during all face-to-face interaction with all clients, performing necessary client follow-up in a timely manner and assisting with the opening and closing of the department.
- Ensure “average wait times” are met and maintained while assisting 20-25 clients a day, while ensuring all security standards are maintained.
- Execute daily tasks, such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment, cleaning jewelry, transferring merchandise, taking in jewelry repairs and cleaning merchandise, following company operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, using reports and systems to assess report discrepancies.
- Follow up on requests for assistance in product and service information, service, repairs, shipping and inventory quickly and accurately.
- Support Company operations efficiency objectives by ensuring all activities maximize productivity and by providing feedback on process changes through appropriate channels.
Requirements- Strong interest in operations and shipping processes within a large store dynamic.
- Availability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Service Channel a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
