Seasonal Retail Associate - Austin

Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during peak periods to enhance the client experience through welcoming guests, assisting across departments, and supporting transactions and pickup services. Reports to a Senior Manager and works flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition to appropriate associates
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated issues and connect customers with management
• Support BOPIS Curbside pickup and online order pickups in partnership with Operations
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed
• Promote additional services such as alterations personalization and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer centric roles with ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
