Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns, and other transactions
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and listen to customer needs
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by straightening, light cleaning, and restocking
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up as needed
• Promote store programs such as gift cards and rewards to build customer relationships
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to advise customers
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and follow through
• Problem solving ability and proficiency with computers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
