Summary

Provide friendly efficient point of sale service and floor support in a fast paced retail environment during the seasonal period. Assist customers with purchases, returns and transactions while maintaining a polished sales floor and cash wrap area and promoting company programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales and returns
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale
• Maintain a tidy and runway ready sales floor and cash wrap area
• Restock merchandise and perform light cleaning tasks
• Listen to customer needs and recommend products based on trends
• Promote gift cards and the rewards program to customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to support store operations
