Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor
• Assist customers with fittings and product selection in assigned departments
• Operate point of sale and process transactions accurately
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels on the sales floor
• Support receiving, stocking, and fulfillment duties as needed
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet sales goals
• Ensure clean and organized department and assist with visual merchandising

Requirements

• Reliable availability to work retail schedules including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand walk and assist customers for extended periods
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred though not required
• Ability to pass background check as required
