Summary

Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales through excellent customer service, styling, and relationship building. The role requires flexibility in schedule and occasionally working across departments to meet business needs. Candidates should be self-motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable using technology and social tools to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Engage customers through styling advice and product knowledge
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Use text and social media to support selling and outreach
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Perform department duties including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
• Flexibly work varied schedules and occasionally in other departments
