Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide attentive service and honest style and fit feedback.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments as needed.
