Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide service and style advice, and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and cleaning.
• Learn product and fashion information and support other departments as needed.
